5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party.
5.2 aa4545 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from aa4545 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You must notify aa4545 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account has been accessed without your authorization. aa4545 may, in its discretion, temporarily suspend your account while investigating a security concern.
5.4 aa4545 uses SSL/TLS encryption on all connections and SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which you are strongly encouraged to enable. However, aa4545 accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.
5.5 After five (5) consecutive failed login attempts, the account will be subject to a temporary lockout period. This security measure exists to protect players from brute-force credential attacks.
6.1 All transactions on the aa4545 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). aa4545 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
6.2 The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

6.4 Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6.5 aa4545 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of a payment method before processing withdrawals from that method. This is a standard KYC measure.
6.6 aa4545 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are advised to check with their GCash, Maya, or bank regarding any applicable transaction fees.
Deposits are generally credited to your aa4545 wallet within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — near-instant (under 60 seconds); QR Ph and InstaPay — 1 to 5 minutes; Bank transfers (PesoNet) — 1 to 3 business hours; OTC methods — upon confirmed payment notification. These are estimated times and may be affected by network conditions or payment provider processing delays.
7.1 Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their aa4545 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus being voided.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aa4545 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from game outcomes.
13.3 aa4545's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arose.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit aa4545's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by aa4545's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
13.5 aa4545 accepts no liability for losses suffered by a player as a result of their own breach of these Terms, their failure to maintain account security, or their participation in gaming activities they are prohibited from engaging in under these Terms or applicable law.
14.1 aa4545 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at aa4545.club/privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to: identity verification data, transaction records, game history, and communication records.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
16.4 All dispute notices must be submitted in writing (including via email to the address above). aa4545 aims to provide a substantive response to all formal dispute notices within seven (7) business days.
